This year's festival has been remarkable so far for the scarcity of problems - no traffic delays, no weather related difficulties, no serious protests about facilities.
But hacks and toggys in the pressrom have been experiencing the same problems throughout the week in sending our words and pictures down the wires to our newsdesks.
And the gremlins struck yesterday on this blog. Efforts to keep online viewers up to date with events failed. No one is able to say why except shrug shoulders and say something will be done.
We live in hope.
Thursday is very much the day of the Welsh learner. The Learner of the Year will be presented to the Eisteddfod pavilion at lunchtime and followed by the Archdruid Selwyn Iolen presiding over the learner's literary prizes in Maes D.
